March Board Meeting will take place on Tuesday, March 11 at 6:30pm.
Operation Christmas Child Shoeboxes are underway as we begin collecting items to fill 50 boxes this Christmas. Tags are located in the foyer at the missions cart. Right now we are collecting socks for both boys and girls (no camo, please). All sizes and styles are acceptable! Please see Brittany Bingham with questions about other items you’d like to purchase.
Our first-ever, Spring Craft Fair will take place here at the church on Saturday, April 5th from 9am-4pm. The church will be hosting a bake-sale and lunch/concessions for purchase. To help with this part of the day, please sign up at the coffee bar. All crafters welcome (except baked goods)! Any interested craft vendor may fill out an application and return to the office in person or by mail.
We are hosting another Shirt Sale Fundraiser now through April 6th. More style and color options are available this time! This shirt has an Easter-related message, and we will have these shirts ready in time for Easter. Please place your orders at the table in the foyer and make your payments at your earliest convenience. See Emily Roop with any questions.
Annual Easter Egg Hunt at Archbold-Wilson Park in Ossian will be taking place this year on Saturday, April 19, at 1pm. Anyone who wishes to help with the preparations should sign up at the coffee bar. Please see Jeremy Penrod with questions.
Men’s Ministry Spring Skeet Shoot will take place on Saturday, April 26 at 10am at the home of Scott Roop. This is for all gents ages 12 and up. Youth ages 12-17 should plan to be accompanied by an adult. Bring your own firearm, ammo, and safety equipment; clay pigeons are provided. Lunch will be provided around noon. Please sign up at the coffee bar.
Children’s and Nursery Volunteers are needed! If you feel led to serve in our Nursery (ages 0-3/4) or our K-2nd Grade class, please see Emily Roop with questions or for further details. The general commitment is one Sunday per month, with the occassional need to be a substitute. Prayerfully consider serving our youngest disciples in this rewarding ministry!
Stitches of Hope: Every Friday from 10am-12pm, join a fun group of artisans as they gather to knit, crochet, and fellowship! Items made by these skilled and loving hands include hats, angel gowns, lap blankets, prayer shawls, and more! These items are donated to nursing homes, hospitals, and wherever a need is present! Don’t know how to knit or crochet? These experts are willing to teach!
We look forward to seeing you at our worship services! Sunday School begins at 9:30am every week, followed by Worship Service at 10:30am. Midweek programming for kids (PreK-5th) and teens (6th-12th) takes place every Wednesday from 6:30-7:30pm.
